Whhooo, Me?!

Well hello there and welcome!  My name is Kate and I currently reside in a suburb of Chicago.  I am 26 years old and just a smidge over my one year anniversary of losing 18 pounds AND KEEPING IT OFF all with the help of a naner-a-day 😉!! I love to create recipes with fresh, natural ingredients and stay active – which includes anything from classes at the gym, bike riding, tennis.

My struggle with my weight has been something that has been ongoing for a good part of my life.  For years I struggled with various eating disorders but now have a healthy happy relationship with food and am so happy to share my journey through this blog with you.  Please feel free to email me with any questions – naneraday@gmail.com :).

Yours Truly

Hi Kate,

My name is Mandy, and I am the Creative Director for a Chicago food manufacturing company called Good Foods, Inc. We are an all-natural food company that makes delicious, preservative-free foods. We also focus on clean labels and food safety. We are on the web at: http://www.goodfoods.com, give us a peek to see what we’re all about.

We have recently launched a new line of single serve products in the Midwest region of Whole Foods Markets and are looking for local, Chicagoland bloggers to sample and review these products. The 3 new single serve products are: Chunky Guacamole, Mild Salsa, and Hot Giardiniera Hummus (as Chicagoans, we know you can appreciate what giardiniera can add to a dish!). These new Chef Earl’s products are convenient single serve options – portion controlled, all natural snacking on the go.

All three of these products are:
• vegan
• gluten free
• all natural
• preservative-free, no artificial colors/flavors

As a local, Chicagoland foodie/healthy living blogger, would you be interested/willing to try our products and review them? We would be happy to send you samples of all 3 new products. If you are interested in giving us a try please contact me at:

Thanks in advance for your time and consideration!
