Hump day already?! How!? This week seems to be flying. I think its because I didn’t get back to Lisle until Monday from my trip home so yesterday felt like the start of the week. Lets hope into todays eats.
Into this little beauty went a handful of kale and a beet from the garden,two cubes of frozen pureed blueberries, a chunk of fresh ginger(my friend turned me onto it and I love), handful frozen pineapple, a heaping capful of apple cider vinegar, Harmless Harvest coconut water, kefir, and hemp protein powder. Zoom zoom. My goal is to turn red from beet consumption at some point.

An unpictured buffalo chicken wrap from Jam and Jelly. I switched the fried for grilled chicken and got the dressing on the side. Totally hit the spot.
A boat load of watermelon post floor scrubbing session. Another picture thing but I’m pretty sure you can envision what it looks like.
Summer soup and salad. I originally set out to have pasta with a homemade sauce but to my surprise we didn’t have any pasta. Dinner planning fail but ya know it ended up working out. A “soup” of grated zucchini, carrot, onion, ground turkey, and homemade tomato sauce. We also had a side salad made of kale topped with homemade pickled beets, crumbled feta, and marcona almonds.
