Ever have one of those pounding headaches that there isn’t a single thing you try that makes it go away? That was me last night. It started to come on around 4:30 and since I was away from my office, for the second half of the day, I didn’t have any snacks on hand so I thought it was just a hunger headache but then we stopped at Costco and after a few samples that theory was deemed untrue
PBJ samples? Yes please. I somehow still managed to power thru some yoga and making dinner with the little devil sitting behind my eyeball flicking it.
I found the recipe for the flour free crust on LC’s 7 Days To Skinny Jeans and topped it with sautéed onions, broccoli, and spinach with rotisserie chicken, a splash of pasta sauce, one Laughing Cow Wedge and a sprinkle of feta. Mike and I died a little bit inside at first bite. Mikes a big time cauliflower lover so this was right up his alley. What wasn’t up his alley was the fact that there was only one ripe banana left for a breakfast.
I’m so mean. I promised he can have the ripe naner next time because I was already fixated on the thought of having it. I’m a freak like that. I just can’t help it, nanercakes are too freaking good. At least I made up for it by cooking him up a a taco feast for dinner while I had nachos
OK, so the term nachos might be somewhat of a stretch but sometimes you just have to push the envelope. The chicken/veggie mixture consisted of broccoli, onion, spinach, garlic, chopped rotisierre chicken and a wedge of Laughing Cow cheese.
Although it kind of appears I am going gluten free, I promise I’m not. I will say that I have been liking the way I am feeling without all the refined carbs though. I don’t feel as bloated.
Time to relax.

Do you plan out your breakfast the night before or wing it? I typically wing it unless I have a ripe naner or empty pb or jelly jar to use up.
