How to Make a Nanercake

Since today was your typical Tuesday minus the snow storm that rolled in mid-day, I decided to post how to make a nanercake aka Paleo pancake.  Let’s get to it!

First start with your egg of choice.  I really like the organic free range ones from Costco but nothing beats Dad’s

You will need two eggs – one whole one white only – and one over ripe banana

And for the fun part, time to scramble things up.

Time to add a dash of vanilla and cinnamon.  Cook in a well sprayed pan over low-medium heat until cooked throughtout

Top with your nut butter and syrup of choice.

PS: If it breaks mid flip, have no fear. Simply turn it into a scramble.  Don’t worry it tastes the same and goes to the same place!
