Happy sunday my friends! Hope you all enjoyed your day! If you were lucky enough to soak up some of this gorgeous weather I don’t know how you could be anything but good. Since last night was extremely low key we woke up fairly early and went on a quick power walk around the neighborhood for sitting down to breakfast
The salty havarti cheese was extra gooey and the sweet cherry jelly made for the perfect sweet and salty duo.
Look at that cheese! This little beaut had just the right amount of substance to hold me over til lunch which was consumed at the parentals. Mike had a golf outting all day today so I headed home around 10:30 and spent the day with my parents in early celebration of dad’s birthday. In honor of the big day, we brewed some beer.
First batch evsies and not too sure how it will turn out but it was sure fun doing it. Dads birthday gift came in quite handy on breaks

Which side note, you can’t really tell because she’s clearly laying in a hammock but Sissy has been putting it down with p90x and looks fabulous. We are going to do a completion review once she is done so stay tuned! She’s packin’ some nice biceps! It’s ok though I can still beat her up 
! After beer brewing it up, we headed to the garden to check on the crops

There will be some good eating going on around here! I finally pulled myself out of the hammock around 8 to hit the road home but not before some birthday cake
